Ocean Plastic Pots is a Glasgow-based brand founded by Ally, a former saturation and commercial diver who spent 13 years working in the North Sea and around the world. Through his diving career, Ally witnessed first-hand the devastating impact of plastic pollution on oceans and coastlines, an experience that inspired him to take action.
The brand was created with a clear purpose: to tackle ocean plastic pollution by transforming recovered marine waste into useful, sustainable products. Ocean Plastic Pots are made in Scotland using discarded end-of-life rope and fishing nets collected from Scottish beaches and harbours. The pots are designed to be durable, long-lasting, and fully recyclable, creating a true circular economy from waste.
