UK Dispatch

All UK standard orders are dispatched next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24® / 1st class mail. (We don’t dispatch Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.)

UK Standard Delivery

UK mainland standard delivery will be charged between £2.99 to £4.99 depending on items. Delivery usually within 24 / 48 hours after dispatch. Postage cost will be calculated at checkout and displayed before order is confirmed.

Please note that at some times of year (mainly Christmas time) Royal Mail can see some delays. Although we hope items will arrive within 2 working days we can’t guarantee postal times on standard delivery.

Last order day for UK standard delivery in time for Christmas is Friday 20th December.

International Shipping

We ship to some international countries including Ireland, USA, Canada and Australia. Please get in touch if you would like your country added.

International postage costs are fairly high, we offer standard delivery using Royal Mail and an Express service using shipping service like Fedex / UPS. Prices are shown at check out.

Collection In Store

Our Elderslie street store has now closed, so collect in store has now been paused. Hopefully we’ll find new premises soon.

Returns

We really hope you love your products. If your order has arrived damaged please contact us with a photo of the product and your order number.

If you have changed your mind and would like to return your products:

  1. Contact us within seven days of the delivery date stating your order number and which product you would like to return. We will send you information on how to return your order.
  2. Items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
  3. Your refund will be made to your original payment method within ten days of the order being returned.

Please note, postage costs are not refundable and items must be returned at your own expense. You are strongly advised to return orders via a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. Sale items cannot be returned.
